Walker and Maguire Depart Due to Injuries
The England national team has officially announced that Kyle Walker, Johnstone, and Maguire have returned to their respective clubs due to injuries. Burnley goalkeeper Trafalgar and Manchester City right-back Rico-Lewis have been called up as replacements.
Kyle Walker and Maguire were both substituted due to injuries during England's friendly match against Brazil. Additionally, their backup goalkeeper Johnstone also suffered an injury. Now, the England team has confirmed that these three players have returned early to Manchester City, Manchester United, and Crystal Palace respectively.
The England team also announced that they have called up Burnley's 21-year-old goalkeeper Trafalgar and Manchester City's 19-year-old right-back Rico-Lewis as replacements. Trafalgar has received his first call-up to the England senior national team.
