Beverly's right wrist ligament torn
Bucks player Beverly talked about his current injury situation on a podcast.
Beverly said, "I've talked to the doctor, and he told me that the ligament in my right wrist is torn. If I undergo surgery, I may need to rest for 3 to 4 months. I asked the doctor at the time if it was due to bone spurs. Now my wrist hurts a bit, but overall, it's manageable."
When the host asked Beverly about his current mindset, Beverly said, "Strong, calm. It's fortunate that we're not in the playoffs yet. I might have gotten injured before the Thunder game, but I played through it. I hit a three-pointer, and then I felt my wrist starting to hurt, but I didn't think much of it. It didn't stop me from playing."
This season, Beverly has played for two teams, averaging 19.6 minutes, 5.1 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game with the Bucks.
